 This was one of the last recordings I did at Banana Sound. John and Paul had been playing together in a Funk band. John played guitar in that band but he wan't to give bass a go. So the basic track is Paul on drums, John on bass, and me on guitar. I was very happy with the basic track, and just added some vocal, keys, and a lead guitar. The song itself was from my high school days, but the new funk inspired bottom end made it much more interesting.
